b/c last debate...McCain was taking a hatchet to the budget...then Obama one up'd him w/saying he was going to use a scalpel....

Well, tonight...John McCain... is going to use a hatchet....and ... then A SCALPEL !!! So there!!!! I see SNL saying, "Yeah, and after the scalpel, I"m going to use tweezers, then an 18-guage needle..."

5. He'll use the tweezers to buy up the failed loans and redistribute wealth to families
whose children have special needs but who won't get funding because of the spending freeze.
