John King on CNN is "skeptical" of the post debate polls
They don't fit his narrative of a tightening race.

3. Right. Exactly.
I don't trust the opinions of the masses before we get a chance to tell them what to think.

2. Flash polling is unreliable
I never put much stock in them.

The tracking polls that come out next week will do a far better job showing Obama won.

8. Normally Id agree
but the flash polls have been right in step with the later polls. In fact i think the flash polls have had it closer than it really is.

14. I think the flash polling is indicating the trend in this election
Flash Polling is unreliable because of sample size. After all the flash polling data comes out, a 'poll of polls' may be able our best indicator.

4. Exactly
Earlier, I heard him say it was McCain's best debate performance tonight. Now he looks like an idiot.

5. HERE WE GO! Can't trust these type of polls like Post debates and exiting poles
SO when BUSHCO helps MCain win the media can do the little chant. Exit Polls just can't be trusted anymore.

6. WHY?
does he think people are lying when they are polled? WTF could he be talking about? He came to work tonight with a story (McCain did great, best performance) and was going with it no matter what the hell happened tonight....

7. He must compare notes with Chuckles
Chuck Todd is constantly going on about how he doesn't believe the polls that are overwhelmingly in Obama's favor.

9. I thought that was pretty odd.
Why is he skeptical of someone answering the phone and telling the caller what they thought about the debate they just finished watching. Does he want people to wait for the 90 minutes of commentary (brainwashing) before they say what they think? But, he is the one showing the electoral map with Obama winning. I can't pin these people down.

11. What a crock
I agree that they represent a very small sampling but when the numbers come out as lopsided as these are tonight this is a very good indicator of how the debate went. If the numbers were 47 43 or something like that I would agree that the context of the sampling is too small to be reliable. But when it is a clear out of the ballpark moment.....

12. How dare the American people give Obama such a high score
and ruin the media's horse race. Now they won't have anything to talk about. So, if the polls were close he wouldn't be as skeptical, but since they didn't go his way - they don't count?

16. I thought they were going to give it McCain no matter
what happened. The MSM is going to try and drive Obama's polls down the next couple weeks for ratings. When I heard the idiots telling me what to think I thought they must have watched a different debate, and the polls clearly show that.

find a different line of work after the election
