Does the SS only care about protecting Republicans?

They only respond to "Kill Obama!" after hearing about it on the news and being pressured by citizens like us, but they pounce on someone yelling "Peace now!" at a McCain rally like flies on shit. Is our entire government so corrupt and partisian and stacked with neocons that everyone's only real priority is serving and protecting Republicans? Has our government really turned into the Mafia? I'm almost surprised the perpetrators of those two politically motivated shootings in AK and TN last summer didn't just get off scott free because they were Republicans. If Obama wins, he has to change this (and bring back the Fairness Doctrine). I'm sick of this goddamn double standard!

and I find your post extremely offensive.

To even suggest that these people who work very hard and are very professional don't give a rats ass about doing their job correctly and protecting Sen Obama is just absurd.

but it does seem like a fair number of them are pretty partisian (i.e. the ones who arrest people for calling for peace but not people who call for Obama's head on a platter)

5. Gotta agree with you, rp. I have several retired SS acquaintances and

they say the motto is "you elect 'em, we protect 'em." And nearly all of them would take a bullet to protect whoever.
