Palin says Obama running against Bush, not McCain - AP
http://ap.google.com/article/ALeqM5h3J7vSTmlmienVw9lQjX0740VtXQD93QM4KO0

NEW YORK (AP) — Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin on Tuesday said Barack Obama is running as though his opponent is President Bush instead of John McCain. She called it a strategy that's "wearing pretty thin."

Addressing several hundred supporters at a fundraiser, the Alaska governor said voters know McCain as a political maverick and war hero and that Obama is trying too hard to link the Arizona senator to the unpopular GOP president.

"Our opponents spend so much time pretending they are running against the current president. I think it's wearing pretty thin," Palin said, without mentioning Bush's name. "The American people are really waking up and saying no, the status quo is not one of the boxes to check."
She added, "That's what our opponents are afraid of. That more and more Americans are remembering who John McCain is."

Palin and McCain appeared with their spouses at the event for the Republican Victory Fund, where guests paid as much as $28,500 to support the presidential ticket and other GOP candidates. The fundraiser was expected to net at least $8 million for the party.

2. Ummm no sarah, that's not how it works. And no sarah, nobody has to "work" to tie
mccain to bush.

5. How many years of hockey gave her that title?
I totally want the press to ask her when the last time she took her kids to a hockey match.

Or the last time she went to a PTA meeting.

And you are totally hosed.

Now get your skanky ass back to Alaska and try to save your job back there.

6. Let's get this straight: McStupid is a Republican. Except on a
handful of minor issues, he enthusiastically supports all the policies that Republicans and Bush support. Therefore, he will be pretty much be a third term of Bush. Sorry that being called a Republican and being compared to your own fuck-up President is "wearing thin" for ya, Princess Bitchface.

15. He's not a Republican, he's a "maverick" except he's on the Repub ticket, he has
a Republican running mate, the RNC hosted his convention, he gets his money from Republicans.

10. she speaks? are you sure? did this reporter hear her or see her?
I am not sure "sarah palin" exists. She refuses to meet the press or be vetted in any real way. I've seen some robo-racist dressed in tight skirts spewing garbage from a teleprompter, but that could be anyone.

who is sarah palin?
