Palin to do a rally at Dover High, Dover, NH on Wednesday..
Any idea what time (haven't found out any info other than the day and where)?

Also, what would be better - a bunch of us (hopefully) crashing it, or a bunch of us protesting the line to get in so a new "Sidewalk To Nowhere" can be recorded and posted on Youtube for Keith and such to run with?

I hope it's after work hours. I have a coworker who lives in Dover.

1. It;'s in the morning
I can't fathom why she's going to Dover. It's a solidly Democratic city, a mix of working class Irish and UNH academics.

So your guess of that campaign's strategy is as good as mine.

26. hehehe - yea really! I get those thoughts every time I see a pukey commercial
come on.

On the plus side, hubby said there were quite a few Obama ads during the games. He was watching baseball and football.

I thought it was perfect timing and placement ;)

10. If you heckle her she'll say, "God bless you. My son is fighting for your free speech."
Edited on Sun Oct-12-08 08:51 PM by ShortnFiery
Then in the next breath Palin's head spins twice around and she spews pea soup as she utters the words
"... Obama would let LIVE born babies DIE!" :puke:

7. I Can Only Imagine The Smell!!!
Edited on Sun Oct-12-08 08:54 PM by The Shadow
I live right next door to Dover and I hope the stench of those people doesn't permeate the air here. Damn! Cold shivers down my spine! Just kidding.

However, the Obama campaign needs to realize that even though I believe that we will carry the day in New Hampshire and here in Maine, I am concerned with the amount of newly planted McCain signs in the area, especially here in southern Maine. Believe it or not at least this part of NH seems to be more for Obama than perhaps southern Maine area where I am and I am growing concerned. Get the word out if you can to show as much support for Obama in these parts to counter the short memories of some folks in the area.

Added: The reason for my concern is that now that the McSlime campaign has endorsed and authorized the hatred of "That One", I fear it has gained some traction in the area with the closet racists/haters.

14. I live here in Dover - in fact close enough to the HS that I will be walking over to protest(link)
with my 2yo boy..... She will be there at 11am but I will be there around 9:30ish.....

I am making him a tshirt that says "i was Mommy and Daddys CHOICE!"....... I don't know of any organized protest effort, but I'm sure many people will turn out on their own with signs.

I'm even taking my 13yo daughter out of school for a "reality" civics lesson.........

Come on out and join the protest!

Oh - here is the article from my local paper:

undecideds at this stage in the larger cities in NH.

They must be desperate to let Simple Sarah go out on her own. The more the voters hear her, the more the reasonable ones will move back over to the Dem side of the fence.
