I'm told there's an AP story out that's - surprise! - trying to diminish the amount of booing taking place last night when Sarah Palin threw out the first puck at a hockey game. Well, I've just seen two more videos of the event, fan videos, and the booing is overwhelming. Watch it.

5. My first time hearing it

What I hear is a lot of booing, and then her supporters drowning out the boos. The boos were very strong, but the other side was able to be at least equally loud. If you just came in on the middle of it, it does sound mixed. You have to hear the announcement from the beginning to clearly hear the overwhelming boos.

the few dudes clapping had a minimal (barely registered) sound effect. :shrug:

I listened again and the music was turned up. It ends of being a general cacophony where you can't distinguish the boos.

there were "a few boos, mostly drowned out by cheers" and that Palin is "Just a wonderful ambassador for the game of hockey". :puke:

They work for the organization, of course, which is run by Snider, the dickhead McCain supporter who invited her.
