Wow - the difference between listening to Obama just now addressing the

financial situation in his speech, compared to Bush (which cnn.com just cut to) is stark.

Obama was calm, factual, and inspiring hope.

Bush sounds beaten, overwhelmed, and not convincing that he believes the words he's spouting.

the employees wanted their picture with Barack because their boss was staunch Repub...
the boss came out to deliver the pie, and Barack asked him, how's business...
said it wasn't too good, as his customers could not afford to eat out much.
Barack asked him who had been in charge for the past 8 years...
the boss said the Republicans.
Barack said something about why keep hitting your head on something that's not working....
maybe you should give the other guys a chance...
they can't possibly make it any worse...
they just might make it better.
