I'd do two things right away.

The first thing I'd do is find a tailor who knows how to dress a short older man that doesn't work part time at a funeral home.

The second, and most important thing, to raise some badly needed morale among the staff is creation of an "MF jar" to fund pizza, donuts, and office snacks.

Every time McDumbass utters the phrase "My Friends", he has to deposit $100 into the jar. I'm sure he doesn't even know he does it, but after filling that jar with C notes a few times, it might be enough to break him of this annoying habit.

After most speeches, the jar would cover not only snacks, but car rentals, fuel, and payroll.

Hopefully, the staff wont read this post.
