Actually, my thought is that she uses those John Frieda products that are supposed to enhance the color of your hair. I tried it once and my hair felt just awful and didn't look clean. So I washed my hair again with normal shampoo and threw the Frieda stuff away. (No clue how to spell Frieda, btw.)
