Debates are making people more comfortable with Obama
Edited on Wed Oct-08-08 06:49 AM by JI7
the McCain campaign strategy now is to try to destroy Obama on character rather than issues. they can't get people to vote for them. that just isn't going to happen. but they are hoping they can get people scared enough about Obama to vote against him.

but the debates are doing just the opposite. people are seeing Obama for themselves. it doesn't matter if McCain were to win a debate. people are becoming comfortable with OBama, they see him as a guy who has the knowledge and can fix their problems. Joe Biden did the same in the VP debates. he came off as a guy you are happy will be in the Obama administration. you feel comfortable that if anything were to happen to OBama this person will take over. you don't get that feeling with Palin.

this is one reason the McCain Campaign attacks are not working. how do you accuse someone of something so bad like associating with terrorists, but then make no mention of it in the debates ? it just shows it to be a pathetic campaign strategy.

also people see Sarah Palin as a joke. she has no crediblity so when she makes the type of accusations she does against OBama it is not taken seriously. people are seeing OBama for themselves and he is nothing that like what they attack him as when they see him in the debates.

also, McCain may have done worse in this 2nd debate than people may think. he did not come off well. he told jokes that fell flat and seemed tired and out of breath.

3. I was wondering why no one else mentioned the out of breath thing.
Isn't that a health problem?
