Bush & Co. stated they *KNEW* where the WMD in Iraq were, but wouldn't tell the UN Weapons Inspectors (I hate that name, these UN people DESTROYED banned weapons) who were already in Iraq.

Very similar to McCain saying he *KNOWS* how to kill or capture Bin Laden, but for the last 7 years, he hasn't walked his son-of-an-Admiral's ass into the Pentagon and shared the plan with Rummy or Gates or Admiral Fallon.
