Subtext in Crash's tone when he said "that one" = that un-ruly underling.

I was trying to place McCain's tone when he said that: dismissive? contemptuous? similar in manner to how someone might refer to a disobedient servant or hireling.

he's always refer to people he didn't like as "that one"

2. I think the subtext was

I can't remember his name. McCain had a senior moment right there.

3. The next question to him should have been "Senator, 'that one' is different from ......

4. It was a classic example of the "Plantation Mentality". To the

plantation owner, all other people are beneath his status. McCain doesn't feel like he should have to debate with people. In his own mind, he is already an Emperor.
