Did y'all hear Brokaw laugh at McCain's jab about the fine?
At one point, McCain made a nasty attempt at humor when he asked, "Did we hear the size of the fine?" I was really offended that Tom Brokaw laughed at that. He seemed to be validating McCain's position.

2. I was watching the graphs of men and women undecided voters
in Ohio and BOTH lines tanked into negative when he said that.

So Brokaw might have thought it was funny, but most people probably did not.

5. Let Brokaw laugh
The reaction or lack thereof of the crowd made it clear that the fine comment went down like a ton of bricks.

7. Brokaw should have stopped the debate and admonished McCain.
But of course, he's a McCain man...how disappointing.
