McCain's mortgage plan = Barney Frank's ideas months too late...
Barney Frank pushed a bill through that allowed cities that were seeing monumental foreclosures (and depressing surrounding home values) to purchase those houses. The president signed the bill but did not invite Frank for a signing session (or something close to that). He got that bill passed and got no credit, either from the mass press, or even places like DU.

Now DumbFuck McCain and his Goon Gang of Moron GOPeople are trying to push this idea off as their own.

Of course, no one on TV has a long enough memory to point this out...again...
