Why won't Cindy McCain shake hands of the folks at the debate?

I'm watching the after debate where you'll see Barack and McNutjob shaking hands of the guests in the audience. Then you'll see Michelle also working the crowd.

But Cindy McCain looks like she's required to walk 3 steps behind John and outside of shaking Barack & Michelle's hands she is not shaking anyone's hands.

Half the appeal of Obama is his amazing wife who is out there campaigning just as hard as Obama is. Hell Michelle is out there on her own campaigning without her husband (although usually with Jill Biden).

Cindy doesn't say anything, she doesn't shake hands she just stands behind her husband like she really doesn't want him to win and/or her to be first lady.

35. Her hand was badly injured not that long ago as a consequence of

shaking hands on the campaign trail. Remember the brace she was wearing at the RNC? She probably can't shake hands too much right now. She shook Obama's hand, but I suspect that she was afraid that if she shook hands with one member of the audience, she'd have to do so with all of them, and her hand is probably still pretty fragile.
