I only have 20$ to spare between now and payday (Friday), but he's getting it and more on Friday. Let's bury MkKKain and Failin right fucking now

4. They have until like the 21st or so to report it.
They like to wait til the last minute, I notice. Of course, it takes a while to count that much money. :)

5. Usually between the 15th and the 20th of the month.
I'm guessing they want to keep it quiet now so people still donate.

If people hear about big numbers, they are probably less inclined to donate.
