I think it is naive to think this is some kind of coincidence or not worthy of taking notice.

They put A LOT of time into picking out what she will wear -- there was a story somewhere after her nomination when an aid was asked about going shopping for her.

I think it is a disgusting ploy to have her scene as "virginal" or "pious" but mixed in with the idea that she is "purer" than Obama which does have racial undertones.

Day one of this campaign I predicted Obama would win because the GOP would find it impossible to keep their racism hidden. Best thing that could happen for Obama is a Palin rally turning into a cross-burning rally.
