Registrations yesterday in my little red Indiana county:
I just got this email from one of my co-volunteers here in Cass County:

"I phoned the clerk's office this morning and asked how many new voter registrations they have had she couldn't tell me, but she said just yesterday they processed are you ready? HUNDREDS!!!!!!!!!!!
Now...we must keep busy and get them to VOTE.
Congratulations to all of us!!"

Our county has about 50,000 population. I think around 23,000 voters. Hundreds in one day, the last day to register, is phenominal!

1. I love reading stories like this

The stuff that's happening in small towns across the country.
It's my opinion that people who flock to REGISTER to vote are definitely motivated enough to follow through and cast their ballot.

4. Well, you could be right but the way the momentum is going around here
it sounds like a good thing! I have a good feeling about it. I've been canvassing here for months...even since the primaries and the tide is turning.

6. Because from what I read........
The newly registered voters EVERYWHERE are breaking 3 to 1 Dems!
GOTV and the 50 state strategy is brilliant and it is working beyond our wildest dreams.

Look at Obama's numbers compared to what Kerry had in 2004.

This looks really really good!
