We Have a Landslide In The Making Folks (Obama has over 300 EVs with > 5% margin)

From Electoral-Vote.com:

The graph above shows the electoral votes again but omits the "barely" states. The electoral votes of a state only count in this graph if the candidate has a margin of 5% or more over his opponent.

Simply amazing. Those are EVs from states where Obama is leading by more than 5%.

People in general are excited about an Obama Presidency!

For comparison, this was the same graph in 2004:

Here is the current Electoral Vote Map:

3. Damn, the 04 graph shows just how devastating Kerry's inability to respond
to the Swifty vermin liars it was. Obama's showing balls this time around, in the face of the GOP BS machine.

15. that is the best thing to see! Wham and pow!
No smear goes unanswered. We were so frustrated when the Kerry campaign chose to stay above the fray. It was exasperating.

5. Great, let's stop campaigning then. I'm sure we've got it in the bag already.
After all, Gore and Kerry were both leading too, right? And we know how that turned out.

7. Get your facts right
Kerry was not leading, he was behind in October,
I do agree though that its time to get to work, its
not over till the fat lady sings.

8. My facts are straight. I said Kerry led -- I didn't say he led in October.
And the GOP Hate Machine is only kicking into gear now. And these bigots will make the Swift Boaters look like the Sisters of Charity.

11. Maybe you weren't here on the boards during the Election Night of 2004.
All of the exit polls showed a Kerry win (if not a Kerry landslide), and everyone was posting in capital letters that the Witch was Dead, We were Free at Last, and the Bush Criminals were Vanquished -- then the horror of the next morning dawned and we had lost yet again . . .

18. No one suggested we stop working--in fact, we should work HARDER
to widen the gaps and prevent election fraud.

Complacency, not confidence, is our enemy.

10. Why did McCain get a bump and cross over Obama in September there?
I don't get it.

Stop using that word. Now go outside, turn around three times, then spit. Thank you for your cooperation.
