Sorry to rain on your big scoop but this is several weeks old and the hot mic was on Noonan, Mike Murphy and I think Chuck Todd maybe (not sure about the third person). Palin was simply the subject they were talking about.

you'd possibly be as surprised as I was by how she chose to occassionally write about how frustrated she has been with her party. She, like George Will, have been bemoaning their outcast states and complaining about how far the party has "strayed" from their god, Ronald Reagan.

It's not "wrong" - It's a clip of Noonan's response to her own hot mic slip on Palin. While someone might misread it it's got everything you need in order to do a search for it: Noonan, Palin, Response, Hot Mic.

Even if you misunderstand or misread the title - there's no excuse for not understanding what the hell went on once you watch it.
