5. Mccain
He better start worrying.Nearly all national polls have him down by 7,and Brokow may not be able to
save him at the debate.

7. It's official... NO PALIN BOUNCE!

Perhaps more importantly, the numbers are really starting to "cement themselves in!"

In the National polls, McCain seems to stay between 40-46%. Obama is steady between 48-51%.

The story here is McCain has a definite " National ceiling" at about 46%. That's not good enough for him to win.

9. Good numbers, but from the analysis:
"The race has been slightly closer on both of these two individual days (Oct. 3-4) than the previous two days. Obama held particularly large leads over McCain from Oct. 1-2, possibly resulting from Americans' focus on the Wall Street financial crisis and congressional rescue plan dominating the news at that time. Since then, support for Obama has remained about the same, at the 49% to 50% level, while support for McCain has increased slightly, with an associated decline in the percentage of undecided voters."

I have a feeling tomorrow will be 49%-44% but will go back up after that.
