GOP lawmakers appeal Palin probe ruling

I mean what's the big deal? She was going to cooperate and now she's claiming that the probe is tainted by partisan interference....seriously? Nothing has changed, the same people are involved, the evidence is the same and everyone wants the truth, so why is Palin so adverse to allowing this investigation to proceed....could it be a little something called "GUILT" ? I don't know all the facts, but it seems to be a trend that if you're not guilty then you wouldn't fight an investigation cause you have nothing to hide.

I personally see this women to be the type to abuse her power and get her bother in law fired as a favor to her sister. But that's me, it's up t a court to decide and she, nor the GOP should be fighting it, it only makes her look more guilty.

I'm left wondering, is it Palin who's scared about what might come out, or is it the GOP who don't trust Palin and fear the dreaded "October Surprise"

2. The only ones who have injected politics
into this investigation are the McCain people. I honestly believe Sarah would have cooperated with this investigation as she said she would if McCain hadn't picked her for his VP. She had a lot of sympathy going for her here, and the matter probably could have been dealt with fairly expeditiously if the outsiders hadn't gotten involved. I think McCain's campaign just didn't want to take the risk of anything coming out that they couldn't control and so they took over -- thus making it look far worse than it probably is.
