The biggest mistake made by McGamble lately was amping Pale-in's folksiness. Independents are smart
and hate being talked down to. An hour and a half of watching that fake folksy smug cheerleader routine was enough to convince any intelligent person that she's the last person on earth we want a heartbeat away from the button.

1. You are right....anybody truly independent and with any sense
knows that she is a nut case and not ready for any executive position...not even the one she has.

3. We got two fucking wars, a destroyed economy,
and they give us a fucking winking slut bimbo for a VP candidate.

Millions of fuckers will vote for them too.

The power of hate and propaganda and greed is just simply unbelievable.

4. Hear, hear. I find that woman insulting to my intelligence.
And the intelligence of every average American.

The winking is cringe-inducing.

6. Palin's performance evoked thoughts of a position, and it wasn't "Vice President."
It was Head Cheerleader.

10. Agreed. That convinced me more than ever that she is out of her
league. Her entire demeanor and manner just aren't that of a President.

13. They make no sense to me either. Independents would be faltering until the Veep pick.
I know some Independent Conserves who realized who McCain was...but wasn't sure about Obama. However, the Veep pick is what would have solidified their point and they would not vote McCain. Obama would have gained their vote tentatively with the pick for Biden and when Palin was picked it would have been a unanimous vote for Obama's side.

12. As an Independent I agree. The whole point is we are not easily coerced by either side's rhetoric.
So...that being said. You can't buy independents with "folksy" ness or what I call stupidity. It actually annoys the hell out of us. It is utterly frustrating, disturbing, and condescending. We despise that with a passion. It doesn't matter if you're a Independent consertive or an Independent liberal.

I will even go as far as to say this. Independents are normally very patronizing people. Meaning we do have this weird sense of superiority to not be taken in by the same mumbo-jumbo. We look beyond the flair to the substance. That is the whole reason there is an independent group we find the respective choices down play to the sheep. We break that mold and go for the intelligent speaker who meets the needs of the people. Putting someone who falls in line with people from the film Deliverance actually scares us.

Those types of people are given the nuclear codes...please. We will vote you out. If Independents are voting---they just sided with Obama by a landslide and those who claim Independent but are still supporting McCain are NOT Independents. No way in hell, our own level of arrogance would never allow us to vote for a man who picked an idiot.
