David Gregory "It's easy for Obama to look good because he
stays on the sidelines"

This guy is a real asshole.

Him and Dead Intern Joe should team up and do a show so we can get them both out of the way at the same time.

1. I've said it before
but my first thread when and if Obama wins is going to be a Fuck you, David Gregory thread. Plus, I find that he's consistently more rude to Obama surrogates/advisors.

21. Oh, I have thought at length about my first thread post-Obama victory.
I still think it will be something along the lines of "Puma folks listen up: We didn't need you. You are utter failures. Don't come back."

Mean spirited, maybe. I don't know, what do you say to a racist?

4. I HATE that asshole David Gregory
I had MSNBC on while writing here and when he started his stupid questioning routine, I had to change the channel. I have no nerves left for the likes of him. He is a weasel and an asshole.

5. That's the meme.....
That the Corporate media is pushing; that Obama didn't do anything.

It is a outright lie, which is why this David Gregory shouldn't even have a job. Advance McCain talking point is not the job of the media......

6. Hmmm... a "journalist" repeats a direct phrase from John McCain as his own?
David must be on the RNC talking points FAX list every morning. Can't come up with an original thought? For this he gets paid the big bucks?

10. Look, I hate David Gregory, but you are taking the situation completely out of context
He may or may not believe that, but his job when interviewing the Obama campaign is to play devil's advocate and get them to respond to that. That is all he was doing there.

19. I understand that
but my problem is, that he does a VERY good job of playing devil's advocate with the Obama surrogates, and then treats McCain surrogates like Nicole Wallace COMPLETELY different. I haven't watch his show in a couple of weeks though, so maybe he's better now (though I doubt it).

23. Then he should preface by saying
"Let me play devil's advocate for a minute, some would say..................."

Don't say it like YOU mean it.

25. Devils's advocate is saying..
"It's easy for Obama to look good because he stays on the sidelines" ? I expect nothing more from any of these people, but it bothers me that people accept and expect what is said to be true or meaningful. It's all very, very sad.

Was that standing on the sidelines?

Where was McCain's speech? Oh wait, he didn't give one on the Senate floor. WOuldn't that be sidelining?

and go on Morning Joe, and act as if he was unaware of his own vote, or as if he had actually spoken in the White House meeting or on the Senate floor.

Obama supposedly never reached 50% in the polls?!?!

His head must have been up McTurd's posterior when Obama hit 50%.

20. "We see in poll after poll there are still some reservations about Sen. Obama.
He's not quite hitting 50% in the polls which is giving some solace to the McCain campaign. What can you say on behalf of Sen. Obama about what he would do lead the country out of this economic mess?" :eyes: He asked that to Valerie Jarrett, Obama senior advisor. REALLY? The latest polls I've seen had him OVER 50% in LOTS of polls!

on the sidelines. He is in the thick of it. I think he has some personal motives for wanting old man McCain to be elected, but then, don't they all?
