I'm not going to look at the NY Post today...
....seeing that paper, even glancing at the headline, is like gazing into another dimension, where McCain's campaign suspension was a brilliant maverick move, Sarah Palin was terribly maligned by the liberal socialist media puppet-master Katey Couric, and Obama should be tarred and feathered for talking about a bracelet that he shouldn't have talked about, although now it appears that the dead soldier's mother was "ecstatic" that he did so.

The thing I wonder is: who gets their election coverage from this magazine, anyway? With the possible exception of Staten Island, New York City is solidly for Obama, as is Westchester County and most of Long Island. Why do they even bother with such a wicked slant in a state, let alone a city, that will never ever go Republican this year?

I don't get it. But I'm getting tired of seeing their Fantasyland headlines. They're going to say that the debate was a huge unparalleled victory victory VICTORY for the sweet, beautiful, well-accessoried Sarah Palin over nasty ol' Joe Biden, and this head-in-the-sand outlook is just not funny anymore.

4. Yes, and they cover politics like they cover sports:
Rah rah rah for the home team (ie McCain/Palin, cuz we already endorsed them) and boo hiss bias to our rivals.

Check out this picture of THEIR star quarterback looking sad! Look at this cute picture of OUR star cheerleader and her beautiful family! Watch the game tonight on Fox!

7. The New York Post is the only newspaper I know of that wears a flag pin on it's lapel.
But I gotta admit, "Hangs tough" is a mighty clever way of saying she didn't win.

11. Chicago Tribune does, too
Edited on Fri Oct-03-08 08:56 PM by KamaAina
both cities have a lrage number of transit riders. If a copy of either paper should end up on the floor of a subway or el train, and people walk over it, does that constitute flag desecration?

edit: You would never catch the Post saying that the Yankees or Mets "hung tough"!!

3. And when there's any massive
negative Republican story all over every other media outlet: Their cover: Sports or a celebrity gossip story.

10. "That's Entertainment"... Headline=Headliner... "Palin Show"
Showing nightly (unless sequestered).

She and her act are appearing through November 4th, don't forget to take care of your servers (they work for minimum wage).

Goodnight everyone!

8. Good sports and celebrity coverage. Also, good pets coverage. Other than that, it's a joke.
