Geraldine Ferraro just admitted on Fox News that....
...even though Gov. Palin held her own, she wasn't able to prove she's ready for the job, and Biden did, and according to her it might cost her with the undecideds. She even used herself as an example, saying that in 1984 women liked her but didn't think she was a leader.

1. An amazing fringe benefit of an Obama win and Dem pickups in the Senate.

9. Don't you mean a "republi-CON piece of excrement"?
lieberman is a cooked goose, whatever happens. They'll scorn him for however long he still has in the Senate, when Barack wins, and ol' Holy Joe is sent to the back of the room. But if mcsame gets close enough to steal it, they'll REALLY hate him because he'll have had a hand in it.

I don't envy him his upcoming ostracism, but neither do I feel sorry for him.

16. She gets a pass that Joe doesn't get.
She had to put up with crap the likes of which we'll probably never understand. I'll be happy to welcome her back if she wants in.

What... acceptance? She really does not need this, you know. Not from you, not from anyone here.

8. No quarter indeed.
though "hag" was a bit harsh, an implication on her appearance rather than her absence of character.

10. Agreed...
I once drove 75 miles just to watch her walk past me as she walked into a venue to speak. Today I wouldn't cross the street if she was handing out $100 bills. She is such a disappointment.

23. Considering that I do not benefit from patriarchy
it's a bit difficult to be bitter about power I never had.

Considering how modern day feminism ignores women of color on the other hand I'm not inclined to throw my hat in with them either.

Nigger is a slur. A bit of perspective is warranted is it not?
