I have worked with several human resource people throughout my life. Many of these people were responsible for hiring new employees.

The one main thing they look for in the interview process is whether or not the applicant is responsive to the questions asked.

If the applicant is not responsive, it's a highly strong indicator that either the applicant is full of shit, or the applicant is non attentive. In either case, that person would not be hired for the job.

I am dismayed that our msm has not made this a major issue. Instead they concentrate on whether this was a game changer or some other non sense. Our media has become the Wizard of Oz.

1. I have heard and read more than once that she answered the question
she wanted to answer - not the one asked.

I think this has been brought up as an issue.
