Did I hear her correctly? Did she actually say that she and McLoser would explore ways to broaden her legislative powers as V.P.?...:wow:
I haven't seen a whole lot of press this morning, have they even touched that?

4. This HAS to be crap that's been fed to her by her cheneyite handlers.

NEVER could she have come up with it on her own - I doubt she even understands - or is capable of understanding - that it totally contradicts the Constitution.

In fact, I wonder if this was something she was even supposed to say out loud. If they were just talking about what her duties would entail, and she didn't know it was 'touchy' then she may have just blurted it out, not knowing she was giving away some of their behind-the-scenes plans. Maybe they thought she was actually bright enough to know the difference.

you're right she clearly doesn't have a clue as to what the Constitution says about a Vice President's duties, and Biden called her on it.

I'm sure the McCain camp had an OMFG moment when she said it. After she had spent the whole night trying to distance their camp from Bush, here she gives a big old wet kiss to Cheney's style of leadership.
