Did Mika on Morning Joe reach under the bed and find her spine this morning?
For the first hour ( I didn't see anything past 7 ) she seemed like the Mika from a few months back. Talking back to (and sometimes over) Joe, calling him out on his uncritical praise for Palin, and stating that Palin didn't do enough to dispel concerns of whether she was of leadership caliber.

Perhaps it was just the vodka speaking but it was interesting to see her being assertive after months of being a fawning school girl.

6. Obama? The candidate that's doing speeches every day about the same said crisis?
Jesus. If they're going to let her drink on air at least have a PA portion it out for her so Mika maitains consistency throughout one show.

3. Mika, to put it kindly, has issues. I wish we could get another woman who is comfortable enough
with her station in life, to CONSISTENTLY take on Joey the Scar.

8. It would be nice, just for a week, to see Rachel Maddow replace her...

By Friday, Joe would just be checking his testicles at the door.

4. It's the polling flooding in from all over the country
The MSM drones are realizing that Obama is winning, and even by a lot, and they're starting to position themselves for an Obama administration. There are little breaks in the armor popping up all over. The smart money has known this since July, but the screechers are just starting to see it now.

5. At some point I heard her apologize for disagreeing with Joe so I'd say
No. She has not found her spine.
Maybe she just found the memory of her spine for a few moments.

7. I don't know, what I saw was her rallying behind Palin...
how she's a Mom and how that resonated with voters.

9. For an hour this morning she said that technically Palin did what she had to
but that she didn't prove that she was qualified to be one step away from the White House.

Joe and Mika seem to change their views every 30 minutes so if they're spouting out something different now it wouldn't surprise me.
