As debates go, this one was better than the last one
Both were quite open and animated while last week, both Obama and McCain appeared very reserved, afraid to mis step or mis speak.

I hope that both can learn from the way their running mates performed.

Of course, I suppose it helps when both look at each other and talk to each other...

1. I disagree...
...I hated this format. It made for a very choppy, limited give and take. I prefer the more open confrontational format of the previous debate. I want the candidates to ask each other questions and have the time to go back and forth. I would like less topics and more give and take. That is the only way I can compare how they think under pressure in unscripted situations.

4. Yes, I like them to go back and forth
except Obama did it, but McCain did not.

Still Biden and Palin at least looked at each other and they were not afraid to let their emotions to surface. With Palin, I suppose, it was in her cards: smile, frown, be cute..

2. I think it was more animated but it made me hate Palin more. She commented on Biden's family.
She scared me.
