Did Gwen Ifill ask one single question tonight that was a tough question?
Did she ask a single question tonight that backed anyone into a corner?

I've heard Joe Biden in enough interviews to know that he is one of the best when it comes to being backed into a corner by a tough question from someone. Few people can answer tough questions better than Joe does.

So who does it favor when the candidates are asked easy questions like what we saw tonight? It favors the dumb one, Sarah Palin. Considering that Joe Biden STILL kicked ass is something we can all be proud of.

Something tells me that Gwen Ifill was more than a little pressured to go easy with the questions tonight because of all the whiny conservatives who were screaming blood murder about her all week.

1. Can we contact PBS?
And ask them to get rid of this gutless wonder, Ifill?

2. No.
It was really disappointing. I was expecting more from G.I., even after the hit job earlier in the week.

4. Ifill stumped Palid with the "do you agree with Cheney's model of the vice presidency" question.
That was a highlight, and an excellent question that produced the most illustratively divergent answers.

5. Nope. And they were all extremely predictable.
Gwen Ifill's the big loser tonight.
