"John McCain knows how to win a war"-
....

am I way off base here- did we 'win' Vietnam? Has he participated in any other 'war' that 'we' supposedly 'won'?

Does being a POW mean that you 'won' a war?

Palin repeating that meme really made me listen and question what that really means.

unless we elect him. He's been called out on that before. Failin didn't get the email because McShame couldn't send it.

5. Same ol' bullshit. And btw, Iraq hasn't really been a 'war' since we took Saddam out;
it's only been an occupation, and our troops are sitting ducks! So how do we WIN that, exactly?

30. And sadly, we have some fine red-blooded 'mericuns who actually wouldn't give a
crap if that's what we DID do! They say things like 'We oughta just nuke 'em all over there'. God it's embarrassing. Maddening.

9. I've always wondered how he would know how to win a war
He's been in one war and he spent most of that in a box. How that qualifies him to know how to win a war is beyond me. Shit, he barely knows how to fly an airplane.

12. If McCain has his way...to WIN Iraq....
he's been quoted as saying he doesnt care HOW LONG it takes...even if it takes a HUNDRED YEARS...he wont have those soldiers come home until they come home "heros"...

Excuse me, "my friend"...they come home heroes whether you win or not...have you forgotten about your POW status that you are so willing to use to further your political agenda...

sadly, but that was the case from what I have been told.

on edit, most Americans feel that this war will not be won, and that is the problem...

24. Didn't Keit bring that up in the past when McCain has made that claim?
If McCain knows how to win a war, especially if he knows how to win the war in Iraq or the war in Afghanistan or the war on terror, isn't it treason if he does not share that knowledge with the leader of the country or at least the leader of his party?

"Country First" my ass - McCain just wants to outrank his father. He's another case of arrested development total failure trying to show up his father, just like Bush.
