CBS Instant Poll of Uncommitted: Biden wins 46-21!!!
18 percent have switched to Obama, only 10 to McCain.

Biden changed for the better 53%, only 5 for the worse.

Palin did better for 55% but worse for 14%.

2. More of a focus group..They have 500 undecided voters who they get their info for right after.

3. I was talking to and IMing seven truly undecided people
during the debate. Three told me straight up they are now solidly on the Obama-Biden side. They had been leaning that way since last week's debate, but this did it.

One woman "sort of" liked Palin but wondered about the fact checking on her--felt she got a lot of stuff wrong. I think she did, too. So she may still go Obama.

The other three didn't say, but ALL were put off by Palin's obvious attempt to be cute. They all hated it.

Who won?

Biden – 46%, Palin – 21%, Tie – 33%

Uncommitted now committed?

obama – 18%,

mccain – 10%

still uncommitted – 70%

Perception change?

Biden – 53% better, worse – 5%, no change – 42%

Palin – 55% better, worse - 14%, no change – 30%

How many of you think Biden/Palin is knowledgeable about important issues?

Biden - 98%

Palin – 66%

6. Remember Obama won the focus groups at the first debate
and ultimately it proved to be an accurate barometer of the "real" polls later on!
