26. What I find so disturbing is

that she was smiling and winking at the most inappropriate times. They were discussing serious issues and, because she doesn't know anything, she covers by doing the cutesie act. Also, I thought she was pretty cold when Biden became emotional when discussing his family tragedy. She could have said something compassionate to him, but she didn't. Even at the end when she went to speak to Gwen Ifill, she didn't ask her how she was doing, but Biden did. Maybe it's just me, but I think there's something wrong with a person who can't show even a little connection with humanity.
