Chris Matthews CLEARLY thinks Palin is unqualified!

All day, and again just now, he said she should've been able to name SOME paper that she reads. That she should be PROUD of it if she DID read. That she has to prove she's SMART. He may think she's charming, but he also thinks she's not qualified. He also just said that after the debate he hopes they're talking about substantive things and not scripted one-liners.
