1. Possible, but not helpful. She'll be arguing with the voice in her ear just like Bush was.

5. Have you ever tried to speak with someone talking into your ear?
Totally disorienting. She couldn't handle it, and she's arrogant enough to think she doesn't need it.

6. My thoughts. I voted "tin foil".
Way high risk for fairly little reward.

14. She did live television,
albeit sports, so this is something that she is used to.

On the other hand, I believe that the "down" hair-do is just a ruse to get us going. (as you can see, it worked.)

This debate has been so gamed by these people, that anything we say afterward will be meaningless, as they have the responses already prepared in order to control the news cycle for days to come.

10. A better idea
If there were no cameras BEHIND them (something demanded by the Bush campaign in 2004)

would be to have a device in front of her on the podium that they could send quick text messages to. They could have the messages pre-made and send instantly when a question comes up. She could refer to them as she spoke. Could pretend to be making notes on a pad and referring to those notes.

15. I'm withholding judgment until I see tonight's hairdo.
She hasn't been seen with her hair down, since being picked for veep. If she picks tonight as the night to let her hair down, I'll be EXTREMELY suspicious.
