Why Sarah Palin will do good tonight
Ed Rendell was on CNN and said ( this isn't a quote ) that while I don't agree with her answers..... her first answers are ok. Its when Palin gets the follow up questions she starts fumbling. The debate is set up that there wont be follow up questions so she can just say the company line.

Don't get me wrong I know she could never stand up to Biden but if she just gives those worthless company answers with out really answer the questions. Throws some jabs a Obama but never really trips up. The MSM will say she won and did good. That's what tonight is shaping up to be. Generic answers but cant get her on follow up questions to expose her.

Does anyone know if this is a sit down debate? Please say it isnt.

15. That wasn't a good answer!
An easy one...what mags or newpapers do you read..."all of them"...not a good answer.

When asked if seeing Russia gave her foreign policy experience...she said "absolutely". Not good.

Ed Rendell is wrong.

4. I heard it's a sit down debate and after watching her debates in Alaska, she's
very comfortable with that.

14. I heard that from some talking head on tv and haven't been able to find info on the net about it.
I do recall though that Palin was practicing at a lectern..so I guess it is stand-up.

12. It's not a sit down debate
they will be standing at lecturns.
This was a concession they had to make in order to get short response times.
Although, her little "jogging accident" might be a ploy to get them to sit at a table.

7. This whole sit down debate
is such bullshit! I freaking hate it! These people are running for the highest offices. Let them stand up and debate. This shouldnt be a conversation around a table but a debate about the issues!

13. Who knew Michael Phelps was also a stage hand?
Ha, ha, guy looks like him.

And thanks for providing the picture.

I don't understand this misinformation thing going on here....it has been known for awhile that they are going to be standing at lecturns. It's not like DUers are low-information and so I cannot understand for the life of me why everyday this week there are people bitching about them sitting. That was never the case????????? Don't get it, but hopefully your posting the pick will put an end to it.

11. I keep hearing this, but I've not seen a source.
I doubt there won't be any type of follow up. It just doesn't make sense.
