Monday Morning Quarterbacking: I think Obama pulled his staff out of North Dakota way too Early
Edited on Thu Oct-02-08 10:33 AM by hnmnf
I havent seen a poll, but Im willing to bet that North Dakota and MOntana are back in play. We havent seen Obama poll this well at any time during this entire campaign. These state polls are astonishing. Obama is probably right back in the think of things in North Dakota and Montana and I wouldnt be shocked if he is even leading in North Dakota today.

1. If the polls are up in ND doesnt that preclude the logic of him pulling at the wrong time?
Sounds like he pulled at the right time to focus and make McCain play in battlegrounds.

2. Well, hindsight is 20/20
I still think it was the right decision, given the information available at the time. And who knows? Maybe he'll send staffers back for this last month.

We need to win Minnesota and Wisconsin
We don't need to win ND.

17. Exactly.
Winning ND would be great, but if Obama did that it would mean he was riding a national landslide.

It's supposed to one of the most inexpensive media markets.

10. If they're close enough to be competitive again, we won't need them
Because we'll be taking places like Indiana, Missouri, North Carolina, and Ohio.

11. I wonder what the South Dakota numbers will be
With McCain's ethanol comment I would think the race tightend there also.

13. Minn has more electoral votes than SD, ND, and Montana combined.
Same goes for Wisconsin. If he has to choose between ND and Minnesota, it's a no-brainer (sorry North Dakota :( )
