When Couric said "Are there any other Supreme Court decisions you can think of that you disagree with?"

WHY COULDN'T SHE JUST SAY "you know, I can't think of any off the top of my head over the course of US history....."

Why couldn't she just be honest and say that? Because she wasn't just being asked to NAME other SC decisions, but name some she disagrees with. I'd have a hard time with that one, unless I cheated and went all the way back to the pre-Brown v Board of Education ones, to "separate but equal." Other than that, I'd probably have to scan a list.

So why not just say "I can't think of any off the top of my head..."
