Chuck Todd refuses to acknowledge Obama won that debate. Tweety asks him if the increase in
the poll numbers are a result of the poll, economics.

Todd says well not the polls as Obama did not win that debate, it was a tie.

I see it that the people overwhelmingly thought Obama won that debate and who did they get the poll numbers from, they called the people not Todd or Tweety or the media.

Just admit it Obama won and the poll numbers they don't believe are right, may be right or close to right as well.

1. The debates are judged by the public's support, not by Chuck Todd
If support goes up because of the debate then he won. No other criteria.

2. People will vote based upon their personal perceptions, not Todd's personal opinion.
Todd has been SOOOO reluctant to acknowledge Obama's improving poll numbers. He was showing PA as a toss up just yesterday. Has he moved it into Obama's column yet?

5. Fuck Todd is simply wrong.
His "analysis" won't be needed much after November 4th.

6. I'm guessing somebody's headhunting all of Olbermann's guest speakers.
First there was that other doofus who ruined his career, forget his name.

And now Chuck Todd.

Somebody must be paying these people.

7. This was the one debate McCain should have won hands down - foreign policy*
the fact that Obama held his own doesn't make it a tie - it makes it a win for Obama.

Chuck it a tool.

*not my assessment, but the MSM.

8. Chuckles is a RW tool whose job is based upon the polls being tight.
When the polls show a blowout, Chuck has to spin for a horse race.

9. He did say something very important.
They have all been acting like Palin just has to do decent in order to win. But he pointed out that the stakes are too high in this election and doing a little better isn't going to cut it, she will have to prove herself.

11. Yeah, thats right, he said just to hold her own against Biden wouldn't do it, she has to show she is
presidential.

Well, there are no life lines, no phoning a friend for her tomorrow night.

15. Sometimes the media is so idiotic.
They think if she memorizes a few intelligent answers and manages to repeat them half way decent...we're all going to vote for her. And if Joe does the slightest thing wrong, we'll feel sorry for Sarah and vote for her!

17. What blew me away yesterday was when McCain sitting with her and Katic Couric, said that
the kid who yelled out the question to her about Pakistan was a "gotcha question". How can a voter throw you a gotcha question? This campaign has really and is still unbelievable and as crazy as it is and has been, Barack has to be the smartest guy we have had in a while to run for this office. He has had so much thrown at him and he is still right there fighting.

I think Biden knows how to handle this situation he is and will do great.

10. it's not that I want Chuck Todd to "say" that Obama won.
But, who is he to represent the public's perception that it was a "tie", how does he know that the debate didn't help Obama?

18. Not to excuse him...he annoys me too.
But his wife was the main campaign manager for Jim Webb so I don't think he's a republican. He's also familiar with campaigning and he knows it's not good to get over confident. If you believe PA is ahead 14 pts, that could cause people to relax and not work so hard. Mostly, I think you're right...he does what he's told to do.

19. Why would that make any difference?
Carville's wife Matlin worked for Shrub and Darth. Oddly enough, there are many "politically mixed" couples out there.
