MSM Is Now Anticipating Next McPlain FU To Fit Emerging Narrative
Edited on Wed Oct-01-08 04:26 PM by stopbush
...that the McPalin campaign is over.

Obama's rising poll numbers have been attributed to a combination of the bad economy and Mc's hapless campaign. Mc's campaign is now LINKED to the hapless economy, an economy that is not going to turn around before the election.

They're toast.

2. That is demonstrably true.
We know they've stolen it before, and we know they're up to their "tricks" again. Therefore, big margin = necessity.

5. WE need to elect the congress we need to force him to do the right thing.
In spite of jr's delusions the Congress writes the laws.
We have to kick out the Radical Reich wing Nutz and elect progressive populists.

4. wait, I thought the "emerging narrative" is that Palin is Joe 6pak, and the MSM
hate her cuz she is such a great gal! You know, to have a beer with? Becasue we all know how the media just won't support a Joe 6 pack they'd like to have a beer with.

6. The "horse race" narrative no longer sells
So the media is shifting to the "catastrophic meltdown" narrative on the McCain campaign to draw in the "rubberneck" effect.

Ever notice on a highway how traffic can slow to a crawl and there's barely any traffic on the other side of the median? Then you finally pass the accident on the other side that has the traffic over there backed up for miles. The only thing that slowed your side down was the "rubbernecking" effect becausre everybody wajnted a good look at the catastrophe.

7. The Senate Democrats better not try handing the GOP a victory.
This bill must include things that are ideologically unpalatable to the GOP. That is NECESSARY in order to political disarticulate the opposition. This is the moment to seal the deal.
