That state is a lost cause. Obama has been way ahead in Iowa all along. Obama is a favorite son there. Obama won big in the primaries in Iowa. It ain't gonna happen for McCain in Iowa.

Why is he wasting time there when he should be working the states he MUST win, such as Indiana, PA, Ohio, NC, and FL?

The guy just doesn't seem to be rational. And he isn't getting any help from campaign strategists. That probably tells us a whole lot. Why is nobody on his campaign team not sitting him down and telling him what he has to do?

We know the answer to that. McCain would erupt and nobody wants to face that. You can bet that there is not a lot of loyalty going on inside that campaign right about now.
