1. In 2004, immediately after Kerry locked up the

nomination, I was with a crowd greeting him at an airport. I had the good fortune to wind up standing next to a young couple with their 11 month old daughter. And so of course Kerry stopped for a while in front of us, held the little girl, who was absolutely perfect! Kerry also had a good touch with babies, as Obama so obviously does.

3. I Love this one...

The first one was spoiled by cutting to GWB and McCain, totally destroying my endorphins with cortisol. This one I could send out to all my women friends and say, "Hey you know how our babies always knew? Forward this video."

They are huge Obama fans... my mom has been saying for years that he's be POTUS- long before I heard it from anyone else. She is also a big fan of babies;)

Some old women in Southern Illinois knew in 2004 that he should be our president. I wish I had thought to take pictures of those ladies and him so that I could share it now. They were something else. Political all their lives, they were the grand dames of the Democrats down here I think.
