Who will be the Rep to mine the ghost of FDR for an effective bottom-up solution? The value in our homes is us. You can't build communities with empty neighborhoods. Allow the people who are in trouble with their home mortgages to refinance at current values rather than be foreclosed and evicted. The last time, the goverment made a profit.

The new era of the new New Deal begins when it begins. Today would be good...

1. Hillary put out her comprehensive economic plan from the well of the Senate
a couple of weeks back. She explains the need for HOLC in that speech - not her first time to do so.
