The Fed will further devalue the dollar just to cover today's debacle for 48 hours

Today's asshole party on Capitol Hill will result in printing more bales of money here and in Europe, and an emergency rate cut that will push the $USD down another notch and thereby increase the price of dollar denominated commodities. (In relative terms... commodities are cratering in expectation of a global depression.)

And for what? Just to cover congress's ridiculous fucking ass for 48 more hours.

Today's very orderly market action was the merest re-positioning, since the street expects the bill to pass in a few days.

But even tody's mild action removed more than one TRILLION dollars from the US economy.



And these Representatives are taking tomorrow off because it's a religious holiday? Incredible.
