3. Are you aware of any mention on AOL that Obama had JUST started wearing his bracelet....
... when we ALL know that's not true?

I ask because my boss always asks me political stuff (bless her, she's clueless) and she said that "on AOL they were talking about how he had just started wearing that bracelet." Of course I corrected her, but I dont know if she meant an article or a random AOL subscriber or who.

I certainly HOPE it wasn't an article.

Of course she also didn't realize that Barack was a US senator until I told her two weeks ago (Sarah's speech did THAT much damage.)

5. No I am not but I usually ignor the AOL articles. I just started looking at them
After McCain "Suspended" his Campaign
they have been really brutal towards McFailin.

I know from DU that AOL usually is Pro-McFailin

11. Obama sees thousands of people everyday.
If he just started to wear the bracelet then it would be because he just got. The mother who gave it to him could have done it days ago.

On the other hand, sites like AOL makes things up.

4. "Is the campaign's hiding her from the media a good idea or bad idea?"
Edited on Sat Sep-27-08 11:22 PM by Ilsa
I guess that would depend on what the McCain campaign thinks of her!

7. That is honestly a very hard question
You could make a case either way, depending on how awful she truly is.

13. An exceptionally poorly worded question
It is GREAT idea for the campaign to be hiding her.
It is an exceptionally poor idea for us not to be able to see how bad she is.

DEMOCRATIS THAT ARE BENT TO BRING DOWN GOVERNOR SARAH PALIN, HAS THEY FORGETTEN THAT THIS WOMAN IS MORE EXPERIENCES THAN THE TWO OPPONENTS. SHE WENT FROM MAYOR TO GOVERNOR. HAD ACHIEVED AND ACCOMPLISHED A LOT FOR THE STATE OF ALASKA AND THE COUNTRY. AS A CHIEF EXECUTIVE, HAS BALANCED A STATE BUDGET WITH SURPLUS, HAS TAKEN TOUGH DECISION. THESE ARE THINGS THAT HER OPPONENTS HAS NEVER DONE' OBAMA/BIDEN ARE SENATOR OPERATING ON LEGISLATIVE LEVEL WHICH IS LOWER THAN A GOVERNOR. EXCEPT FOR THE MAVERICK SENATOR MCCAIN WHO PUT COUNTRY FIRST AND GOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO DO THINGS FOR THE COUNTRY. BOTTOM LINE IF OBAMA CAN BE PRESIDENT, THEN GOVERNOR SARAH PALIN IS MORE THAN QUALIFIED TO BE PRESIDENT, JUST COMMON SENSE.

16. Oh my that Blizzard of words was hard to read
Did they put it in all caps so they would appear less dumb.
Was the theory, if I use all caps people will not notice my grammatical errors and mis-spelled words.

what a tragedy, I hope this person forgets to register

22. Carefull !
I have said from the beginning that I would be surprised to see Palin last until the election. We can blow this whole thing by pulling away the curtain too soon. Think about what would happen if McSame orchestrated a move to get Palin to withdraw her name for some as yet to be defined reason. It could be family matters, polling , not doing enough for the campaign etc. McSame would then pick somebody, anybody and who knows might pick someone actually with some credentials. Being so close to the election do you realize what this would do to polling? It would definately give him a bounce and maybe the election.
