10 Billion a month in Iraq... 18 Billion total earmarks from last year...
That's the point Obama needs to make putting earmarks into perspective.

2 months of Iraq pays for all of the earmarks... sure the government should make sure it's getting value for its dollar and avoid bridges and roads to nowhere (like those in Alaska), but let's try to keep things in perspective.
