This debate will be forgotten after the VP debate and then the following two debates will be Obama's stonger topics.
So I think it's more down hill for Obama from this point on.
Even though Obama did well (I thought it was a tie) his toughest task is behind him now, and I think that's a really positive thing.

This was supposed to be Obama's weak topic. He went toe to toe and didn't make any major gaffes. He was reasonably concise. It was McCain who rambled. All in all a good first debate.
