Accuse me of "disunity" ... but the McCain campaign is high-fiving over WJC's View appearance

Bill spent the entire interview subtly undermining Obama's campaign.

Dammit... I was starting to come around on the guy, but he keeps DOING THIS SHIT.

More "View" viewers were moved to McCain by this appearance than to Obama.

They listen to EVERY word the man says.

15. Well if he didn't change your mind,
or my mind, I don't see the big deal. :)

I too think Clinton was the greatest president of the last 50 years, and I listen to what he has to say, but in the end we all make our own decisions. Nobody will change their vote over this.

If so, I missed it. I don't think his display of respect for both candidates will change any Democrat's vote from Obama to McCain.

28. He said that about both of them.
He also made the case that the only way to vote is to vote for the Democrats!

Anyone who gleaned an endorsement for McCain out of that must really be stretching it. I wish he had been more forceful in supporting Obama, but I just disagree with you that people are going to change their vote over this. Much ado about nothing.

11. As a strong Bill and Hillary supporter....
I did not like this interview. Rather than being effected by him, it makes me suspect.

Here's what I don't understand. Let's go to the extreme and consider that they want McCain to win so that Hillary can run in 2012. The problem with that is that if Obama loses, and it is thought that the Clintons were in anyway to blame, who would vote for her in 2012???? No black person! I don't think any women, like myself, who now supports Obama strongly would vote for her. I'm certain that there is no way she could win the primaries to even become our candidate...if she is precieved as being partially at fault.

21. It's all about Hillary 2012 -- while she's doing her best to create plausible deniability
I thought Bill told reporters last week that he couldn't campaign for Obama "until his Global Initiative was over".
WTF is he doing the talk-show circuit to bolster McCain/Palin during the same time Obama is surging in the
polls, then? Why isn't he out on the trail? To tell you the truth, I don't want him on the trail after this latest
example of his Clintonian BS.
