The left side of McGaffe's face looks droopy

Something looks funny about it. I've read posts here about him having trouble keeping his eye open, I'm noticing it now, too. And the left side of his mouth droops. Has it been that way all along and I'm just noticing it? Could a return of the cancer cause this?

15. Bells Palsy was my guess as well

I had it 7 years ago and when I'm very tired or stressed, my mouth droops slightly and my right eye doesn't open as wide as the left.

10. could it be a brain tumor?

I know in at least some cancers, stray cells can travel to the brain and form tumors there. Not sure if melanoma is one of these.

melanoma is known for spreading to the brain and other parts of the body, also known for coming back years later. It depends at what stage it was found at.

and sustained some brain damage from it.
